Great rates but poor service.nCan't get through on the phone line 2 days and 3 attempts to make a change to my existing policy but no one will answer your call, the automated service prompts you to where you should be sent then u sit on hold forever.... I don't have all day to sit on the phone.

Got my free passport photos. Very quick service. The person taking the photos was not against retaking them when I thought I looked too pink. Now, the true test will be if they are not rejected.

What does it help, if you have a notary at your location and she doesn’t know what her job is and picks which documents she wants to sign and which ones she doesn’t want to sign. It doesn’t look good on your branch and you need to retrain her. She just needs to verify the person not the contents of the affidavit. What kind of discrimination is this? Shame
