Drake Park and Mirror Pond

Drake Park in Bend, OR is a must see and experience. We were amazed how clean this Park is. It's meticulously maintained and everyone was kind and friendly. Dog walkers, kayakers, kids playing volleyball, people biking and other walking around enjoying the beauty of the place.

Gorgeous park with a beautiful foot bridge. Several fenced in baseball diamonds on the far side and lots of open space with ducks and geese that wander in from the nearby waterway. Always love visiting this park while in Bend. It's absolutely beautiful and makes a lovely morning or afternoon stroll. You can walk around the whole pond, meander through the quaint neighborhood surrounding the park, and stop at a local eatery or coffee shop across the way. Gorgeous every time of year!!

Beautiful, relaxing park. There were people launching kayaks and paddle boards from here. We were here on a busy Sunday and eere able to find parking close to the park. Very relaxing with beautiful scenery.

This time of year it is very pretty but the water is a little messy. Nice place to go for a walk and enjoy nature.

Beautiful natural area that follows the river into downtown Bend, lot of mature trees, benches, picnic tables, and employees who regularly sweep the park and keep it in tip top shape!

Nice park to walk with the toddler and baby. Nice to have a local nice park. Is safe here and you get to enjoy the river view while you walk and check out people walking too.

Great little park to walk around and get some air. We usually take our dog on walks here when we are visiting. There is always a lot of people walking their dogs. Over the summer people hang out on the grass to enjoy the weather, whether a picnic with friends or just to read a book. It’s a great little park.

Only half a block from downtown, it is such a beautiful Park to take a stroll in. The bathrooms are clean and convenient. The Canadian geese,squirrels, and other birds are there to greet you at the Deschutes River front. Restrooms: The restrooms are nicely cleaned and maintained. Dog-friendliness: The trails and sidewalks are perfect for walking your dog. My dog loves coming to this park. Picnic area: Picnic tables are all about the park. The setting is quite lovely with the river in the cliffs overhanging the entire park area.
