Quiet place for an early breakfast on weekend. Not busy area and very cozy dining seat and table. Good service. Coffee or tea is included without additional charge. Can also be refilled. Food is just by average. Serving period is between 6-11:30am. Will definitely try next time for dinner.
Decent and convenient for our stay at the Marriot. The avocado salsa wasn’t the best for flavour, too strong of the raw onion scent. Chicken and waffles smelt great and was nicely plated but the waffles were thick and dry inside and as you could probably tell from the two orders that contained the potatoes - the potatoes that were included in the All Canadian breakfast were too well done for our liking and had a hint of that burnt scent to it.
By far, THE BEST service I’ve ever seen in any restaurant in Canada, our server Watson was such a gentleman, super professional, very attentive, and perfect timing for asking food, drinks, refilling our glasses, removing finished plates, etc. The food was also tasty, albeit on the expensive side and I expected the portion of chicken in the Herb Roasted chicken to be a bit larger. I was told it’s a full chicken breast but I’ve seen that Nando’s full chicken breast is much larger. But they did gave us a surprise cake for our anniversary. P.S. even the host, I think her name is Bernice was very professional and kind. Even the washrooms were super clean, almost looked brand new and smelling nice. Very comfortable soft smooth leather clad circular booths. Overall one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Canada so far. Definitely will recommend for people celebrating special occasions.
Beautiful restaurant but terrible food horrible mocktail, very basic also. Not sure I have ever had food so not good at a classy restaurant like this, could do so much better with such ambiance. Dried steak with no taste in it and some edges salty, dry salmon. It was sad. Waiter was kind of nice
Nice atmosphere, attentive and courteous service. Food wasn’t the greatest. Ordered Herb Roasted Chicken; Chicken was dry. Frisée salad was fresh and OK. Sauce was good.
Tonight's experience at Draco was underwhelming. We dined on the 3rd floor terrace. Upon arrival you scan the code on the poster to do a Covid check in and then proceed to the dining area. However, there was no one to usher us in to a table. Our server did not really tend to us. Only coming once to see how we were doing, otherwise we had to wave her down for everything we needed throughout the evening. The food was mediocre. Got fried calamari and crispy salmon. The presentation was nice, but Salmon was over cooked and the calamari and aioli both lacked flavour. Overall, I don't think I would come back. The service and food quality was not worth the price for sure.
Really overpriced for quite poor tasting food. $20 for 2 crab cakes slightly bigger than a toonie and molten lava cake that was neither warm, nor good tasting. Better quality molten lava cake at no frills. However, the waiter was really nice, COVID precautions in place, and clean environment - 1 star earned.
For the price, the food and environment is worth it. Food taste is mediocre imo for price. Regarding service, I didn't have good service with one of the female servers there she was our main server but barely greeted us. Other servers there happily assisted us. . -1 star. Otherwise I'd say it's a nice restaurant.
Nice, clean and roomy environment, good and friendly services, good food. Free on-site parking is limited and it can be an issue if arriving late to the hotel.Food: 4/5
Surprisingly a great place to lounge with friends for a casual brunch or even get together. I’ve always enjoyed hotel lounges, but luckily this one was so close to many fun spots around too. The waitress was also quite kind, and the manager even read my note during booking that this was for a birthday and offered a birthday dessert, which was delicious! Honestly, if you just need a casual but comfortable spot to catch up with friends, go here!
