Dr. Wayne Carey and Dr. Beatrice Wang

Total apathy on the part of the wait room staff. Should have been a warning. Was sent here by my family doctor. Waited more than half an hour from the time of my appointment not so bad the doctor calls me, looks at the problem and says “age spots”. After explaining about the constant bleeding, said he could fix it, $240. + tax, took him 2 minutes to remove the growth, and that was it. Asked one question, he said that with laser treatment he could fix the blood vessels, I told him that they were pimples almost healed, he didn’t seem to be listening. Left here feeling frustrated and angry.

They put me 1 hour in long wait so he removed my wart he changed me 275$ before removing i ask him , i need that you fill up issurance claim form in order to claim from my insurance, he has accpted, he did his job as well during 1 minut, after that he never fill it up my insurance claim despite many times i sent my massage to clinic and i have presented one time more there, unfortunately their secretaries only promise me to do that , they did not do that, that is out of professional business, why for reviving money you have time?If i knew he doesn’t want fill up i would never ask him for wart removal,

Doctor Carey took less than 3 minutes with me, didn't bother to truly look at my hands, and prescribed a treatment I was already on. The receptionist is very rude and even though many patients forgot their masks, she kept sending them downstairs to go BUY one, even though she had a box next to her. Want to waste your time and feel uncared for? Go there.

appoitment at 9:30, waited until 10:30 to see the doctor. Dr. Carey came in, read the referral for 5 secs, asked me to show the area. He looked for less than 10 secs, then started writing. and I'm out in less than a minute. described my symptoms and he just seemed to not care. maybe the problem is very minor for him who has seen thousands of patients, but for the patient themselves, any minor problem could affect their life seriously. there is simply no empathy.

My husband had skin cancerous cells and Dr. Carey did several skin grafts from cartilage in ear to face and his face looks perfect, as though there was never a problem. And the minute we are concerned about anything that may be a risk, Dr. Carey sees him right away to check. He also helped me. Staff are very nice. You do have to leave messages but they call back promptly. Highly recommended.

I can't give zero star. Unfortunate. Worst experience ever. I had eczema and a rash on my ankle. Cortisone didn't help. Got an infection. I went to see Dr Carey about 6 times after this and it was a disaster. Each time, he would not even look at my ankle or ask me more than 1 or 2 questions. He never spent more than 2 or 3 minutes with me. Prescribed the most expensive useless things. I tried to seek help from doctors but I was told to rely on my dermatologist. I tried to fond another dermatologist, but it was impossible to find one quickly. Finally, it only worsened and I ended up at the emergency of an hospital waiting for 6 hours to be seen by a doctor for an edema. I went to Dr Carey a last time after that. He looked at my ankle 1 sec and prescribed me a cream that he has already prescribed to me 1 month before. He doesn't care at all about patients. I thought I would end up losing my ankle. Fortunately, I have a very good dermatologist now and I hope I will never be seen by such an uncaring and unprofessional Doctor again.

Dr Carey should take his retirement he is old and very outdated. I received a terrible service from this man who was talking over me and trying to phish for answers because he didn't have the balls to admit he wasn't familiar with my particular skin issues. It was really the strangest experience I've ever had, we are all human its okay if its the first time you're dealing with a case like mine but don't just make up a response because you don't know what the solution is.

They are definitely triple or quadruple booking patients! They'll make you wait for 1-3 hours and then rush you out of the examination room in under five minutes. Dr. Wang failed to examine my skin during the first few visits and prescribed a treatment that did permanent damage to my face. Q. How can you hide a dollar from a dermatologist? A. You can't.

Dr.Carey should be qualified to be in the list of worst doctors of the world. If you really need to wast your time and also get no benifit at all of seeing a "Doctor" then go to this Clinic!

A lot of people wrote that they had to wait, to be honest I am willing and I would gladly wait for a Dr that can address my issue. they are a team of staff and Drs that are great at what they do. My thought is that I do not know what issues other patients had and why they required more time or attention. I sure hope I don't need that much attention from a Dr. Wishing all good health and lots of patience. Highly recommended
