Dr. Zeitouni is a caring doctor and the best in his field. He treats me with respect and has been taking care of me for the past ten years. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Dr Zeitouni is hands down one of the best ENTs you can get. He's a huge reason why my father survived a rare sinus cancer. I go to him for Vertigo & my sinus problems. He's quick, efficient, calm and professional. You don't have to wait long to see him, and the receptionists are both so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed and he can save your life !

The receptionists were friendly, very helpful and cheerful in the face of rude patients and people not reading the sign to take off or put covers on their wet boots. They were running a little late and the receptionist actually came out and told everyone that they were running 20 minutes late in case people had other plans after the doctor's office. I wish more office would do that. The doctor was polite, efficient and listed intently to what I told him. I also appreciate the email reminder of the appointment. That really helped.

Dr Anthony Zeitouni is my ENT Doctor, I have been with him now for many years, he treated me for stage 4 throat cancer. I was referred to Dr. Zeitouni for a 3rd opinion after spending 10 days in the Lakeshore hospital with a severe ear infection and being looked at by four of their ENT doctors. The ENT doctors then decided they wanted a second opinion so they sent me me to an ENT specialist at St Mary’s hospital and the doctor there diagnosed me having a tumour in my ear. Then thankfully the doctor at the Lakeshore decided to send me for a third opinion to Dr Zeitouni at the Glen. He was very patient and professional and after examining my ear said you do not have a tumour. He sent me to the Glen for a 3D scan and it was a pocket of the infection they were seeing on the scan behind the eardrum. I was kept on antibiotics and then went for my follow up at his office. The two ladies he has at the reception could not be more kind and helpful. I have been a few times to his office and they are always cheerful even though they are extremely busy at all times. Even with the added work COVID has put on their already busy schedule of washing down the chairs etc they still have a smile and are ready to help you in any way. Thank you Dr Zeitouni and thank you ladies for taking such good care of me. May God bless all of you and keep you safe.

Dr Zeitouni was referred to me via my family Dr and he helped me dig into my nasal problems. Over the course of a year we tried several options and even got an MRI. He is very professional and good to work with.

Dr. Antony Zeituni is always professional and so polite and positive. I had continual problems with infections in my left ear due to the tubes inserted to unblock my ear. Dr. Zeituni never gave up on me and now I seem to be cured which is a great relief. I never had a bad experience with him or his staff who are very capable and polite. I will continue to see Dr. Zeituni for any other ENT needs.

Horrible service! The secretaries are lazy rude and unhelpful. Was given a referral after seeing Dr Zeitouni but instead of faxing it the secretary told me I could just show up to see the specialist without making any appointment. This happened to be not true. I wasted my whole day with a referral with no fax number given to me from his secretaries. I called Dr Zeitouni’s office and spoke to the secretary and she still insisted I could just make an appointment without any referral, then she rudely told me I should fax it myself because she did not have the referral or a extra copy of it, suggesting I waste more time to fax the referral that she should’ve done in the beginning. Incompetent, rude and bad service.

I was referred to Dr. Zeitouni by a resident doctor who was training under him back when he was at the old Royal Victoria building and I haven't been elsewhere since. I have a very complicated condition that requires constant follow up since childhood and when your doctor is actually the head of the department at Royal Victoria and McGill, you know you are in safe hands. Dr. Zeitouni does not talk much but he will answer any questions you have and he listens to your concerns. Easy to schedule and easy to reach at his private clinic or at the hospital.
