The whole team is very nice and helpful. Deborah is amazing, Mary is amazing & Carmen is also amazing. Dr Coopersmith is knowledgeable and extremely kind. The same can be said about Elias. He does thorough job. No complaints from me. They are the best people in town.

Today we became patients of Dr Coopersmith since my parents have known him for over 30 years and all I have to say is WOW, what a blessing. His receptionists Are so sweet and professional they make you feel like family. Amazing location, clean and cozy with the background music.

All I have to say is WOW... Amazing Doctor and staff! I needed to see Doctor urgently and he returned my call himself and had me go in same morning. It is unheard to get this quick and service from Doctor's office in Quebec.

By far the worst medical experience I've ever had in my life, the receptionist had zero care for her job or anyone health, i was waiting in the waiting room when Debra the receptionist started losing her mind on some young teenager who came in having problems with their asthma, the most toxic behavior ive ever seen

I wouldn’t recommend this doctor because of his staff. We faced a rude, angry, impolite attitude from a member of the staff called Debrabig lady with big glasses. She started yelling at us for no reason ,I was so close to lose it against this giant rude woman. She shouldn’t be working in customer service . Avoid this clinic at all costs

Great MD. Absolutely appreciate the rigorous use of labs to confirm diagnosis and prescribe the right medication. Follows-up and knows your file.

I spoke to them on the receptionist on the phone, super rude, and very ignorant. Hopefully they do something about that girl. Maybe teach her how to speak to people with proper manners.

Dr. Henry is an excellent, caring, professional physician.
