The clinical, technicians, and reception staff were professional and committed to providing excellent care to their patients! I was comfortable throughout my appointment! Dr. Gott was thorough regarding my upcoming surgery and he did his best to ease my mind.
Excellent physician and PA. Concerned, skilled, helpful. However, a major problem with scheduling. I was forced to wait for over a half hour for a simple X-ray, again for a meeting with the PA, and then even longer for Dr. Gott. He was surprised and suitably troubled that in total I waited for 2 1/2 hours!! Unconscionable!

Prompt, professional and courteous. The location is very convenient. Dr. Gott and his staff attended to my questions & concerns. Happy to have such wonderful services nearby.
Dr Gott and his PA, Nicole are very pleasant, kind and compassionate. This was my second visit after after a hospitalization for a pelvic fracture. The office is well run; staff are pleasant and very helpful. I am very grateful that I found Dr. Gott. I really appreciate his expertise and bedside manner.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Gott. I will be returning because of the pleasant staff and the seamless operation. I have been to doctors' offices where that is not the case. Dr. Gott listened to my concerns and was very clear when explaining my options. I'm sending my husband!!
Other than needing help using the Parking app, my experience was great. Everything is so new and clean and everyone is helpful. I was taken on time and was given every opportunity to discuss my current issues with the nurse, the intern and Dr. Gott who operated on me in 2017 to give me a new shoulder which works great. He has a relaxed style that puts me at ease and I highly recommend him.
My 1st time at the office I was greeted with total respect and kindness. My weight was minimal. The professionalism among all staff including the doctor was above and beyond the Call of Duty.
Three months ago, I went to doctor Gott with an infected foot. After x rays, he told me that there was no infection and that my situation had to do more with comfort and sent me to get insoles. My foot issue /infection persisted as it was releasing fluid and at the hospital, a week ago, they said to go to a foot specialist/surgeon. I chose to go back to doctor Gott. Today I went back to him and he came in to me asking nonsense questions about my foot "where is your cut" when he clearly had seen me already at my first appointment and the nail cut that had gone into my foot. Clearly didn't read his notes. He closed the two minute consultation with something similar to: I am not a foot doctor, you can see some other doctor in the office. Quite messed-up service in my case from this fancy office.
