I cannot thank you enough for the special, excellent care you provided me today. You treated me with the utmost care and consideration and took the time to listen to my concerns until we reached a healthy outcome. Following treatment I feel much better. You are dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate and I am blessed to know you and have you as my doctor. In addition, your staff members were pleasant and professional. Thank you Dr. Fragner and team for a positive experience today!
Dr Fragner was super! Patient, explained the diagnosis in layman’s terms. Great “bedside” manner. Was prepared with literature describing the problem as well as an information sheet describing what the treatment involved, after treatment instructions and what to expect. Answered my questions with patience. Didn’t rush you like most surgeons. Outstanding!
We were seen promptly.. X-ray was quick and efficient. Dr Fragner and his assistant were both professional and caring. My wife and I are very pleased with our total experience.
The office space is awesome - bright, clean, friendly. Dr. Fragner was terrific. He was able to diagnose and explain even with diagrams my injury easily.
The office staff were professional and efficient, knowledgeable, on time. Dr. Fragner was personable, took his time and gave me options to address my needs - we made a plan.
Dr. Fragner is the best. I went to him for left thumb tenosynovitis and after the shot I received I felt much better. He is professional, thorough, clear, and kind.
Personable, comprehensive approach to my wrist pain and the skill to carry out the injection of my wrist properly. Left feeling confident that the correct intervention was performed. Also instructed on how to maintain the benefit of the injection and get back to near full function gradually.
Dr. Fragner, Megan, Lois and all the staff are great. The talk to you every step of the way and were super efficient and thorough.
Dr. Fragner, Micky and all the staff were courteous, compassionate and professional. The x-ray technician sorry my old brain has forgotten his name was very funny while still showing the utmost professionalism. As a hearing impaired person, they made the effort to ensure I could hear all the details and instructions and didn’t show any frustration when I needed to ask them to repeat themselves. All in all, a very pleasant experience in a beautifully clean and cared for facility. Thank you.
Dr. Fragner is very much the professional with a warm personality. I like the way he explains the various levels of hierarchy treatment. He makes you feel very comfortable with his eye contact. He gave me an excellent reference to another doctor for different testing. PA, David and Medical A., Micky were quite friendly.
