Managment was very Irresponsible with the concept of responsibility when It came to promised training of their employees. Would not recommend applying unless you have previous experience and knowledge within optical first.

Doctor was nice, eye exam went well but tons of wrong information about pricing. If you are an SFU student don't buy glasses here. It claims they have $75 frames and lenses online through SFU but the manager in store who was quite rude showed me their cheapest pair which totaled $200. He even refused to acknoledge the online deal when I showed him.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses, most money I've ever invested in eye wear and within 1 week after purchase a lens fell out with out any distress or force applied, I was simply putting them in it's case. When I returned to the store they accused me dropping them (no damage visible), after arguing and pleading my case they said they would reset the lens. When I got the frames back they were bent and sat crooked on my face, so I took them back again at which point they told me the frames were defective and would have to order new ones. I wanted a different frame since I didn't have faith the exact same frames wouldn't be defective as well, all I got was a cold "No, don't do any refunds or exchanges" from the sales representative. No alternatives, no sympathy for something that was out of my control, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I finally had to speak with the district manager who finally offered to exchange them, and if you can't find anything you like I got a "we'll see". Never again will I bring my business here, not recommended.

Excellent package and options for students. Can you believe they are the official eye doctors of the Vancouver Canucks and BC LIONS? My favorite sports teams using some very solid glasses.

My family have been coming here for a long long time . This is a great place . There are lots of glasses, contacts and a large selection to choose from, but the prices are insanely low - honestly, go see for yourself, then go and check the prices for the same stuff at any of the other locations in the mall, or even online - you'll see what I mean. The staff is very helpful to guide a computer illerate like me through the system.The optometrists are friendly , helpful and very knowledgeable . I have formed great relationships with them over the years . They have provided my family with the upmost professional services, fast and efficient . I would recommend this location to all families in the Tri-Cities area and the Fraser Valley . You will not be disappointed.
