Dr. De Gannes

Reception staff at this office are the most incompetent I have ever experienced (and they never answer the phone!). I saw Dr.DeGanne once and she said "if you need another treatment just call". I did call again for a follow-up, but her receptionist said my GP needed to send a new referral . My GP did send another referral, but no phone call to schedule follow-up the appointment. I called the office and they said Dr.DeGanne was away and they are backlogged. Called again 2 months later and they said they could not find my referral but would call me - they never called. I called them 3 months later and they said they lost my referral but would call me - they did not call back. I called them again after four months and they said they would check with the doctor to see if she was even still doing those specific treatments anymore - no call back again (4th time in case you lost track). Called my GP again and they referred me to another Dermatologist. I guess Dermatologists make so much money, customer service is not even on their radar.

VERY HARD TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE ON THE PHONE - WHY DON;T THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES?!
