I read that Dr. Wong interrupted people in some of the reviews here, so I went into my appointment a bit wary. What I discovered, however, is that Dr. Wong has a long list of specific questions that he needs to have answered in order to have context for understanding each individual case. Yes, when I tried to provide extraneous information, he did interrupt; but a) that kept us on track and made sure he had the information he needed, b) he was quite gracious about it, c) it ensured that our appointment was efficient and that he kept to his schedule, meaning no one had to wait for an hour to see him, and d) he ensured that I had my say once his questions were answered. If you go to see Dr. Wong, know that he is a kind man who is extremely diligent and competent. Answer his questions, and save your information for the end; he will ask if there's anything you'd like to add, and will listen intently to your story, asking relevant questions. It was also the most painless allergy test I've ever had, and his advice was extremely helpful! Thanks Dr. Wong!

I don't understand why some people are giving this "Dr." a 4/5 star. This allergist is a total quack and doesn't know anything. I was referred to this allergist by my regular Dr. Here are my reasons why you should not go to him: 1. They excessively call you to make an appointment and follow up appointments. They call SO MUCH- to a point where it is borderline harassment, so I actually had to block his number. 2. He has you waiting awhile in two rooms and you will constantly be moving between these rooms and his office with all your stuff. Also annoying how he will ask you to close his office door behind you every time you go in. 3. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR RESULTS. Therefore, his appointments are a waste of your time. He just poked me 6 times with unknown substances, when I specifically asked to be tested for peanuts- he DID NOT test me for it instead, he gave me a prescription for an epipen and sent me down to Life Labs to get my blood drawn- God knows why. All I wanted to know is if I was still allergic to peanuts! Then I wouldn't need an epipen anymore. 4. They tell you that they NEED to see you again and I assumed it was to tell me my results, so I asked them to send my results by mail instead of going out of my busy schedule and having to go in. However, his receptionist said that he needed to tell me how to use my epipen. I've had epipens for 10+ years years now, and never once used it, but I do know how in case of emergency. Also my aunt is a nurse and can give me a refresher. I told them this and they said that he will just call me anyways about it. That's when I blocked his number because they call without leaving voicemails, but if you have caller ID , you know it's them. 5. What I mean by "them" I mean Dr. George Wong and his receptionist. It's just the two of them. He does not have a nurse and does the "testing" himself. I do not understand how this allergist has so many certificates and fancy letters to his name. But it's exactly that- just paper and nonsense. Please save your time and frustration and go to someone else!

Doctor was very rude to receptionist. Does not explain process, and interrupted me several times. Left with a very unclear understanding of my results. Do not recommend.

Dr. Wong saw my daughter regarding her allergies. As well as providing good advice, he showed us how to properly administer her epipen. We are very much appreciated his help.
