Dr. Denton is a board certified facial plastic surgeon, practicing cosmetic surgery on West Broadway in Vancouver, British Columbia. Cosmetic and plastic surgery is a big part of what we do and we also practise non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

Story

Dr. Andrew Denton, board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, is committed to providing his patients undergoing cosmetic procedures with the most advanced and up to date surgical and non-surgical treatments for facial and body rejuvenation. Dr. Denton is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of British Columbia and is the Medical Director of the West Coast Cosmetic Surgery Centre – the Non Hospital Surgical Facility where all patient consultations and cosmetic procedures take place. As the director of the Facial Plastic Surgery curriculum at Vancouver General Hospital, Dr. Denton remains active in research and surgical resident education and has published in medical journals and textbooks on a variety of topics including facelift, rhinoplasty and soft tissue augmentation.

Face and Neck lift 10 years ago and the results were amazing and lasted a long time! I am due for another facelift soon and will be going back to him. Dr. Denton and his staff are absolutely awesome! He is such a great, friendly, talented surgeon and all around lovely human being!

I got my nose done by Dr. Denton in October of 2015. this was my second Rhinoplasty. I had my first one done in Iran when I was 18. back then I was so naive and wanted to look super natural so the first Doctor really hadn't changed much. After 10 years, I kind of felt like my nose is too big again, and also it was a bit crooked as it didn't really heal nicely from the first nose job ( only i could notice this not other people). I chose doctor Denton after much research. If i may say so myself, even before the nose job by doctor Denton, I was considered a very pretty girl by people, so I really didn't want just anyone to touch and potentially ruin my face. He is in fact amazing- a true artist. he told me to be realistic and designed a nose for me that fits my face so perfectly. No one can tell that I had my nose done--TWICE!! my nose is sooo straight and so centered and so perfect. I had no complications. I went back to work after just one week. On top of being so amazing at what he does, he is also a very nice person. During the first month after my Rhinoplasty, sometimes I would go through phases thinking omg my nose is so puffy ( it was, but that's so normal) and I would just go to his office, he would see me every time just to talk to me and calm me down. and that to me is a great doctor! 100% percent I recommend him to anyone that is considering getting anything done on their face. He is so talented and his work is really a work of art.

Dr. Denton performed an upper eyelid procedure on me. I never expected to look that good! At the point in my life when I expect to deteriorate, however slowly, he shaved off at least 10 years with such a simple procedure. I'm more than happy with my results. Only one thing is he did not warn me that I would be partially awake during the surgery. It was shocking and uncomfortable to say the least. Other than that, I am so happy to have had the work done.

Dr. Denton and his staff are all excellent from making my first appointment over the phone to the last face-to-face. I hade a face lift and and eye lift, which makes me smile every morning I look at myself in the mirror. I have nothing but good things to say. I've had four surgery's with Doctor Denton; rhinoplasty, face lift, cheek implants and brow lift, and the results have been completely life changing. I also have a dear friend who's had a chin implant by him. They're results, built so well on the natural symmetry of they're face, that not even immediate family members noticed, and still don't know to this day. They are now more beautiful than ever. There is a saying that 'experience is the only teacher' and Doctor Denton's extensive experience shines through in everything he does. Plastic surgery is an art as well as a science, requiring the perception of the sculptor and the intellect of the scientist, with an acute sense of three space. His understanding of the pluses and minuses, the envelope, that will deliver the best results, is what you need in a surgeon, and his clear and straight forward communication of what these limits are, is so critical. I can't say enough about Doctor Denton, and recommend him to all who ask. His professionalism, clarity and thoroughness, I've come to depend on, and measure all other surgeons to this high bar.
