Dr. Charles P. Reagan, MD

I was born with what is called syringmelgia. Sadley enough the years of struggle with this and facr that syrinx was found to late has left me in a siruation of many losses in my life and most excruciating.daily pain. When no pain as i do have days where waking is so hard that pain will always be there. And then subsides after taking my one pain med. However in a day i may be lucky enough to have at least 3 to 4 hours to perform the tasks that are have to no matter what. As time and years have went on and i dont understand it i only know what my body does.. I now have pain with in between loss of feeling of my legs no tingling just dead and i cannot walk till i get ability ro feel again. I THANK GOD FOR THE DR WHO THRU TRIAL AND ERROR STUCK WITH ME BELEIVED IN ME AND ALSO DR GALLO AND HOLIDAYS OFFICE IN EUGENE WHOM WERE RIGHT IN ALL THEY TOLD ME. AFTER my dr moved nobody would see. I had worst time finding someone who genuinly cared. And. THAT PERSON WHETHER STERN OR TO THE POINT WHETHER WHAT I WANTED OR HOPED TO HEAR. HE WAS RIGHT. THAT PERSON WAS DR CHARLES REAGEN. RIGHT NOW MY ONLY PAIN MED I TAKE IS BEING TAKEN FROM AT A VERY FAST RATE. I AM AFRAID WHO WOULDNT BE. AND ITS not about change its about Right way and wrong way. DR REAGAN MAY BE TOUGH HE MAY BE STERN AT TIMES. BUT HE IS VERY SMART. AND HE IS FORTHRIGHT AND TRUE . NO GAMES . JUST REAL. AND ITS THAT FOR WHICH HELPS ME WITH MY FEAR TO GET THRU THIS. TO REALLY KNOW YOUR PATIENTS. TO UNDERSTAND THEIR HARDSHIP AND LISTEN. IS VERY RARE THESE. DAYS. I ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND AND KNOW MEDICAL FEILD MORE THEN I EVEN SPEAK OF. I HAVE FAMILY WHOM HAVE WORKED A VERY LONG TIME IN MEDICAL FEILD. I KNOW AND CAN. SEE WHATS REAL AND WHAT IS NOT. I ALSO KNOW GOOD AND BAD . DR REAGAN , CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. I MAY NOT LIKE OR THINK A PLAN MADE FOR ME.IS WHAT I FEEL I NEED TO BE. HOWEVER I WILL FOLLOW THE DIRECTION DR REAGAN HAS PROVIDED FOR ME AND PLAN HE PUTS ME ON. BECAUSE ALL I WANT IS TO BE ABLE TO BE A HAPPY FUNCTIONING PART OF MY HUSBAND AND MY DAUGHTERS LIVES. I DID NOT ASK FOR MY SITUATION I HAD SO MUCH GOING FOR. ME. AND I TRIED AND DID AND GAVE ALL I WAS THRU WORST HELL I HAVE EVER BEEN THRU BEFORE TO FIGURE OUT WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING TO ME. I DID SURGERIES I HAD SO MANY TESTS . AND JUST FOUND TOO LATE. I DO NOT WISH TO GO BACKWARDS. IT WAS MOST DEFINELTY NOT LIVING. . CHANGE IS SO HARD AND CAN BE very scary. I read the negative review on dr reagen. And its wrong. Sometimes the truth hurts. But when comes to living happy versus not living at all. LOOK PAST THE NEGATIVE . HE DOESNT HAVE TO LIKE US AND WE DONT HAVE TO LIKE HIM Not why we are there. We are there so he can do all he can to help us with our true needs not our wants. And if were for wants well i would want to stay on the plan that took me 8 yrs to get on the one that hasnt fixed me however i can honestly say and my family would also changed alot for me. And it changed a whole lot for my family. But here we go again. change ? And not just me it effects. I am not sure where i am going i know where i have been. And i surely do not wish to be there again. However here we go again. I know hard is coming. But i also know. Im in good hands. And that is so much more important then anything. Flat out i do not agree or like what is taking place. My husband feels powerless as cannot help me . He also i know very concerned . But truth and knowledge in that change and fear. Helps me face what may come. I dont know how dr reagan feels about or sees me What i do know is if one is referred to him dont give up as may find its a priviledge and may learn alot more we didnt know about ourselves . Thats peace of mind. And its that for which turns some of my negative thoights to more positve. Even in hardest of times. .

Very rude, says they take your insurance and next time in they say that they don't, all he wants to do is push pills. DO NOT GO TO HIM NO MATTER WHAT.

Dr. Reagan is a fabulous doctor. He helped me realize exactly what was going on and tried to do what he could in locating the right treatment. And unfortunately i was not able to get what was recommended because my company didnt pay as fast as they want them to, all my future appointments were cancelled until they received all payments in full by my insurance company. The ladies in the office made me feel uncomfortable and as if i was an inconvenience to them. Terrible customer service and billing practices. Its unfortunate because I WAS making progress. Now i have to start all over again with another doctor.

Dr. Reagan is an intelligent man, however the women he has employed are absolutely horrible, unprofessional and have a serious superiority complex. Their behavior toward his clientele is disgusting and in all my years being in customer service, I've never seen anything like it. Every time we spoke on the phone or even in person, these ladies acted as if we were a HUGE inconvenience and they were doing us a favor. My fiance was dropped without warning (though they say they sent a letter in which we never received), the woman continued to scream through the phone as my fiance inquired about their unexplainable billing practices. They have no business being in customer service. I'm surprised Dr. Reagan still has clientele left simply due to the revolting behavior of these women. I would not recommend him to any of my friends in fear that they would be treated the way me and my fiance were. We were nothing but nice, figuring they must be just miserable people to treat anyone the way they do. We have since moved forward to a better practice and wish anyone still with him the best.

Smartest Psychiatrisr, straight out of the shoot. Dr.Reagan has taught me about insight and accountability than any previous doctotr. He is in a class by himself.
