I went into the restaurant and ordered food , sat down for 40 mins thought it was taking a long time. got up and asked where my food was, it was sitting there behind the counter the whole time and they still tried to give me this food that’s been there the whole time. It was cold and gross, didn’t even eat it and wouldn’t offer a discount or coupon or anything . This place 5 years ago use to be good I’m not sure what happened but I’ll never go there again 90% of my visits which aren’t often anymore end displeased. I recommend not taking the chance and going somewhere else.
A very clean and calm place. Wonderful young staff that are trained to know what they’re doing, and they flip over the blizzards here! My ice cream was still cold 30 minutes later.
Hard to go wrong with DQ. Classic treat. Order was right, ice cream was cold. It was a good night.
Come on, get a scanner for the DQ points. Haven’t seen a DQ that doesn’t have a scanner Owner of this location got spend a little $$ to allow customers to collect or use points at this location Kid-friendliness: Kid meals
Erin, Alisha, and Julia are an outstanding team talented, fast, friendly and accurate in the front of house. And the back of house cooks are always accurate, fast and consistently serve a QUALITY product. It's the best DQ around and it's easy to see that they all actually care about the product and service they deliver. A rare treat, indeed! Thanks to you all for your OUTSTANDING attitudes.
A solid DQ experience here! They are starting to have longer drive thru lines in the evening understandably due to the warmer weather but it goes quick! The staff are very pleasant also and the fries come out hot 3/4 times!
Food is still good but the staff are definitely not as good as they used to be, there used to be the same people working for a long time. Now no one seems to be enjoying their job and I feel as though I am an inconvenience. Not sure what changed a year ago or so but it is definitely noticable.
Just a question to management. Why do staff still do the upside down test for blizzards when they put a lid on the cup and then do the upside down test? Isn’t the reason for the test is to show how firm the ice cream is after the blizzard is made? 3 of the last 5 orders of blizzards have been partially melted by the time we get the treat. Staff do the test, hand us the treat, we take the lid off and have to ask for extra napkins because the blizzard is already melting. We had not even left the drive through window and the treat had melted enough that when the lid came off melted ice cream dripped out of the cup. We now ask for Sunday’s because at least we can see if the treat has melted or not. Used to like the blizzard flavours now we just avoid the blizzards.
I used to do work for this establishment for many years as a contractor, of ALL the eating establishments I’ve worked in this is unquestionably the cleanest most taken care of place I’ve worked in. I’ve watched the owners and staff do meticulous cleaning and food prep. I’ve been retired now for a few years but this is my go to place because I’m fussy. The food is consistently good.
Good ice cream. I go here once a week. A little pricey but i always use coupons from the app. Service is pretty good and they always keep the place clean
