Dairy Queen

I'd do 0 stars but they don't have that option. I had 2 issues with my experience, the first being I had one person in front of me in the drive thru and it took 15 minutes to get my food. The second being I ordered a flame thrower combo on my way to an appointment with my sister, got to the appointment and the burger was a cheap $1.99 cheese burger. I called to complain and all the owner could say was "oops sorry". So I drove back and got my money back, the owner insisted her staff was perfect and I never ordered a flame thrower but refused me my receipt, which they never gave me with my food. I do not suggest this store at all and will not be going back, worst experience ever at a DQ and the owner needs to adjust her poor customer service attitude.

Same old same old. Good burgers and ice cream. Clean and friendly service.

They mixed up my order I had to drive back to change it. All he can say was oops sorry. They really lack communication skills in this place somobody doesnt understand English. Its not the 1rst time. I will stop stopping there.

I go here quite often, and am quite often dissatisfied. I don't know why I continue to do it to myself other than the hope that maybe they'll get it right and I'll have that DQ experience like when I was a kid. Veggies are rarely fresh or crisp ( have gotten fully rusted lettuce several times) and they are always in a rush (even when I'm the only in the location). I often fantasize throwing the burger at the chef and asking if he would eat the soggy food but I guess to them sauces are toppings not condiments. So either get it dry or swimming in Mayo and kethup.
