Stopped at the Dairy Queen in Somerset on January 10th and had the best customer service. The manager Justin came out and talked to us about having a sundae still coming. My grandson is not an ice cream person so he made a special m n m cookie dough and whip cream dessert for him. He asked what my grandsons name was. The manger said next time you come in ask for the Colton special. My grandson was ecstatic!!! He made both Grandchildren feel very special.
It is wonderful to see how much an employee enjoys their job. You could sure see it in Justin enthusiastic nature. He said he wants to open his own DQ some day. Well I say you will be very successful Justin. Cheers to you for your outgoing and great customer service!

My overall experiences when visiting this DQ have been very good, management has been awesome. The food, the staff and the commitment to doing a great job I have observed here have exceeded my expectations. (some of the younger crew members appeared distracted on one of my visits, but the food was good) This DQ has a great manager who has been a key individual in providing one of the best experiences I have had at any fastfood restaurant. However, the service today was horrible and I am not even sure who was acting as manager. The mocha latte was very milky and thin. I threw it out and stopped at the DQ in Osceola, WI where they made a good mocha latte that did not look as of it was microwaved. The sandwich I ordered needed to be returned to the grill for correction.

I had a double quarter pound hamburger and fries. Was actually better than McDonald's.
And the time I had to wait wasn't too long.

Service has gotten alot better but still can not get a hot burger out of the place.

Dairy Queen...you can't seem to get anything together can you? There's always a problem..always. ..no matter which location you go to. You should rethink, get a business plan that works, then retrain every single worker at every single location you have. REALLY!
