The New Richmond site had just two employees working tonight. The guy that served us at the drive through was very apologetic about the wait, definitely NOT fast food!! Not his fault though, and I don't think he's able to resolve the problem. Not the first time for this to happen and will probably not happen a third time for this customer 😞

Very slow service and quality of food is something to be desired. It is also not the cleanest looking fast food place I have been to. The counter looks like it needs a good cleaning and being that you can see the food prep area and what the employees are doing, if I were the manager I would make sure my employees are practicing clean and sanitary food prep practices always.
