I'm so done with this place. I've given this place chance after chance. I've been ignored at the drive thru. Been given horrible customer service by basically every employee there. Had to listen to loud not customer friendly music and have been given either the wrong order or skipped something entirely. But last night ended it all for me. The manager was chewing out an employee trying to explain how the kid was laid off at the front of the store. I refuse to support a business like this. Either the owner needs to change...again. Or train someone on how to actually run the place and invest in your restaurant.

We never had a problem before, but today my husband saw them make our burgers and put them in the microwave...so all the toppings which are supposed to be fresh and cold are now hot. Not exactly the meal we were hoping for. Very disappointed and we most likely won't be back!

If I ever get cold hard hot dog buns here again I'll get other people over the next few years to write bad, very bad, reviews for here. Get it together management. Keep it good. Do you want return business? Take pride in your work.

I had a good experience with the staff and the food whilst I was here. Yes, they were young, but they made a better-looking burger than I get at most fast food restaurants.
The reason I only give 2 stars is due to the dirtiness of the store. Every corner of the floor is black, and it doesn't look like the freezers in the front have been cleaned behind for years.
I prefer to sit and enjoy my meal, this trip I took it to go!

only gave 2 stars because they always mess up our meals. the food is good and the staff is nice, but they ALWAYS mess up our food....something forgotten or tomatoes when we ask for no tomatoes....
