Flathead Lake Brewing Co. Pubhouse

The beer and food are first-rate. It has an awesome view of Flathead Lake. The problem is it's really hard to get a table here, and we were told that one cannot reserve a table. If you are treating one friend at the bar, great. If you want seating for a party of 3+, good luck. It could be on a Tuesday night in March and the unmarked dirt parking lot plus side road will be parked solid and the wait time for a table will be 30+ minutes.

Beer is good, service needs work. This happened some time ago in 2016. My wife and I travel across Montana to try all the Montana Breweries. We arrived here and we're told we could not have a flight of beer due to the "lack of glasses" since there was a birthday party about to arrive which never came in our time there... So we shrugged it off and ordered an IPA. It was delicious! However, behind the bartender was literally a stack of flight glasses. During our entire time there not a single glass was taken off of that stack. Sucks that the bartender was such a snob about not having to clean 4 more glasses.

I went there w/ My wife earlier this evening , & We did not enjoy Ourselves . the waitress , who was not wearing a name tag ( real professional . ) first off . but , She was a heavy set woman w/ dark brown hair . She was nice when She took Our order . I ordered the 8 oz . steak w/ mashed potatoes & veggies , & My wife ordered the portabella meal & it was great . the cooks did great . but , when I was finished w/ My meal ( I don’t eat the fat , which was on the side of the plate ) She gave Me a look like I did something wrong , grabbed My plate & walked away w/ out even asking My wife how Her meal was . so , She checked up on Us to get the check ( which , I tipped Her 15% , cause I’m a nice guy ) . but , She never once checked on Us again . I had to ask Her to get a to - go box for My wife , which She rudely dropped on the table & walked off . so , I am not going back .
