DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Love this DQ. The fries are always really fresh and never dark so they are changing their oil frequently. Burgers have been fantastic every time my fiance and I have stopped. I live in the deep SE and make a point to stop here if I'm at Cross Iron or in the area. The staff is friendly and it was the cleanest washroom I've ever been in, at a fast food joint.

The staff have always been presentable and friendly. The store is clean and well kept. The food is prepared fresh and actually looks like the pictures.

I don't usually rate fast food restaurants. However, I must say this Dairy Queen just gave me the best meal I have ever eaten at a Dairy Queen. And I am a frequent customer. The $6.00 meal deal was fresh, the fries were outstanding. All the fries were long and came hot. The strawberry sundae was loaded with strawberry topping. Well done. And nice staff as well.

They will forget to put food in your bag. When phoned and asked why. You are told that you should have checked the bag yourself.... why are we living in a world where increasingly the consumer pays more and employees are played more for less and less service and accountability.

Bought a $31 ice cream cake. It has about the same flavor as eating an ice cube. Don't know how old it is because they don't put the date on the packaging. Not sure why they are not legally obligated to put the date on their cakes.
