This is in the heart of downtown MN, convenient place but that’s the only good side. It is overpriced for monthly parking, if you compare with other parking lots with same facility. Also, for last two summers they are renovating, because of which you would need to move the car from assigned parking number, frequently. If you are planning to leave your car for some days in the lot, car will become very dusty and sometimes color stains found on the car due to renovation.
