Currently undergoing rehab construction so accessing the levels would be tricky in a larger vehicle; however, the pricing is very reasonable for the location.

This ramp is my usual go-to parking place downtown. It's one of the least expensive that I've found, and there are always plenty of parking spaces. The location is great, too. I have no trouble parking there because I drive a roadster... if you have a giant car, truck, or SUV, you might have problems because it's a bit "cozy" in there and you may have trouble getting into and out of spots. But it's great for me, and I park there all the time.

Super cheap and great location for everything you want to do downtown. But be sure to park on an above floor and by the edge because break ins are regular.

Avoid this ramp. They do not allow motorcycles, unless they have a monthly contract. The bike parking section is rather deceptive. This information is completely non-obvious. I was told this by a ramp attendant who randomly happened to be outside the office. I called the office and was told that this is, indeed, their policy, and that it's "posted in the lobby". Given that you don't drive through the lobby on the way in, this is exceedingly stupid and annoying. You don't want my money, that's fine. Tell me about it up front so that I can avoid maneuvering around the gates to get back out.
