This company does not know how to run a parking ramp. The ticket dispensers hardly work. They overcharge, very u helpful. Charge extra because one has been I. The ramp, in li e to get out for over an hour, while waiting In Line. They are unwllling to have police or themselves ditect tradffic- I'll never use their ramps again. This is ongoing.

I park there on vikings game days and i think they are doing an awesome job. Even though we have waited over 40 minutes, i see its really the drivers and uncontrolled traffic and of course the light is at the corner. They are standing in the freezing cold to help people get out. When u finally get to the exit u can clearly c that the workers are working fast and are friendly. Its also a easy process..drop tickets in box and keep driving.

If I could do 0 stars I would. This lot has gotten worse every year. I have parked here for 15 years for Vikings games. Tonight we didn't move for over 40 minutes because each person has to turn in 2 tickets to exit. Are you kidding me?! With a full ramp leaving a game? I will be changing my parking spot.

The best, biggest little company in the parking game as fast as downtown Minneapolis and to a lesser extent St. Paul is concerned.
