Brought my car to the Carstar Downsview location recommended by my insurance company but was hesitant with some of the bad review here. While speaking with location management about my concerns they expressed there management staff has changed and they are working on better processes being in place along with more experienced staff members. I took a chance & I'm happy with my decision as everything turned out great and my car was actually done early.

Rude idiots that replaced my door with the wrong harness, used wrecker parts and caused me to go back 3 times yet the problem is still not fixed. This place is a massive ripoff and uses shoddy parts and repairs, not even bothering to code the radio after a repair. Stay away!

Had bad experiences with other body shops but Mike went out of his way to replace parking sensors that he didnt have to, even left the old ones for me. Nice.
