Double Barrel Tavern

I love going here for happy hour. They have a good happy hour. A good spirits selection plus beer. The wings are popular. The max and cheese had a little kick and I really enjoyed it. It's not quite a dive bar but not anything close to fancy.

Love this place. Every time I go in is a good time. There’s a super hot tatted chick behind the bar, Maria, she goes above and beyond and makes me feel the kind of love my mother never gave me. I never knew a woman like that could exist. Go in, try it out, tip your bartender, you won’t regret it.

Came here for happy hour last night, they had some really great food specials and did not skimp on portion sizes. The 7$ caesar salad was MASSIVE, and the mac and cheese and onion rings were super yummy. 1$ off draft beer, wine, and well drinks and food options for 7$ and 8$. Good stuff!

Overweight bartender with tattoos and a cowboy hat was extremely rude. Not exactly sure what his issue is. Frankly don't understand how he has a job at this bar. It seems really busy and like a good place to work. Won't be coming back if he is in there.

Easily the most mismanaged bar in Portland! It's vastly understaffed, the bartenders are pathologically anemic, and they seem to pride themselves in their abject rudeness. On ANY evening, they'll always be four to six people in line ahead of you to get a drink, and it ALWAYS takes 20 minutes to get your drink. Someone should buy this place and simply run it right! Please!!

Sitting at the bar researching tenants law in case my ex landlord decides to mess with me only to learn someone here is a lawyer are my manifestation journals really working?!, and then a man asked if my name is Louise, because he’s waiting to meet a potential roommate I once played a Louise in a college theater production of The Underpants… I think I’m home? With abundant bar seating and the most fantastic staff, I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t drink here. They have cbd cocktails for non drinkers, btw.

Decent happy hour. Staff were super nice. The wings seemed undercooked and almost room temperature when I got them, whatever, it happens. Cool little bar, a little too sterile for my liking, but new to the neighborhood so I'll check it out again

Absolutely ignored us when we went in. I called and talked to the manager and all he could say was "that couldn't happen", it did... The server just wanted to talk to the girls as we watched. We will NOT return!

One of my favorite bars in Portland. Best buffalo cauliflower I've had. Six shooter special can't miss.

Love the dub b. Great dive without being too divey. Shuffle board, back patio, big buck, pinball, darts, a coupla tvs and good dranks and solid food. Go get your sitch together and start hanging at double barrel.
