Stiff drinks, sports on the big screens plenty of seating, 12 Brunswick pool tables, pinball and games and homemade food. Family owned since 1920. Located at the corner of 4th and Alder downtown.

The Arthur Cafe has great breakfast. The Rialto has liquor in the back, the jockey room has poker in the front. Pool tables galore in the Rialto because it is Portland's oldest pool hall. Horse betting and regulars round out the deal.

This place was awesome!! Great service, amazing prices on food and a great vibe!! Especially compared to all the other expensive bars in this area!!

Visited right before the shutdown. All the pool tables have been converted to ping pong and it is free. The place is big making it easy to stay distanced.

Good food untill I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall .we both dropped our food n left

Awesome place to have a party! We had a blast! Bartenders were the Best and cant wait to go again!
