Called for a quote on Friday around 3 pm. Was told I would get one by Tuesday. Even though this was a long wait I agreed. End of business Tuesday still no phone call. I had to call them (Tom). Was told still no quote and to wait until Wednesday morning. Thanks but no thanks. Took business elsewhere. Waste of time.

Bad customer service, Massive broker turnover. I left them 6 months ago after being with them for 15 years. I don't know why I put up with them for that long! I switched and ended up getting way more coverage on my house and I saved $400 per year on house and auto policies. Hearing their Ad on the radio drove me to finally write this review. Their slogan is "Big enough to know, small enough to know you.". That is such a crock... With the massive broker turnover, we had a different person every single time we contacted them (minimum once a year). And that person knew nothing about us. When new discounts came into place, like a discount for using snow tires, they didn't call us to find out if we used snow tires. They just kept renewing our policy as if nothing changed. I will never deal with them again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I've never rated anyone 1 star in my whole entire life but Donovan Insurance does not even deserve the 1 star. My father and I have been loyal customers to you but sadly we canceled for the horrible customer service and procedures. My insurance broker Kailyn has tried to help but for the most part it was out of her control. In the other hand, the manager was never willing to provide any help no matter what. First of all, couple of months ago I found out that my father was getting charged for my sister's insurance for the past two years. Our previous insurance broker never updated my sister's status as to she no longer active in the system. Second of all, when I cancelled my insurance due to the horrible customer service and massive increase of our insurance because we moved to a different city. Lastly, I have to say that I've lost most of my income on this horrible insurance company. I'm still on the insurance to get back to me on whether they'll refund the money back for the past two years or not. I'm sure after this review no one will get back to me.

Samir I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy, my family and I have been dealing with Donovan's for over 30 years, I have brought numerous clients here that are all very happy, I liked it so much that I applied for a job here and have now been working here for 6 years.
