Sun Life Financial Waterloo

I was fortunate enough to have a great Sunlife agent by the name of Pat Burns who sadly is no longer with us. Bless his soul. Since his passing I have had 2 agents assigned to me. I have had nothing but frustration and hassle this last little bit regarding Sunlife. I have been a non smoker since 2006 and I have signed declaration of smoking forms in which Sunlife provided in order to give me non smoking rates. I have signed this declaration of smoking form 3-4 times. Each time I sign, then days - weeks later my agent tells me that underwriting has lost my form, or that there is missing information, or that etc ... Etc .... In fact in one of my emails in which my agent sent me, she states that "non smoking may not be guaranteed." How does that work ? I will be contacting head office this week to give them a chance to correct this before I go to the news with this. I have been a non smoker over 12 years but still paying smoking premiums. Why is this?

Marc helped me understand that the concept of financial planning is more than just how much you save on a monthly basis. After his explanations of different tax shelters and investment vehicles, I'm confident he has developed the best savings strategies for me.
