Domino's Pizza

WORST costumer service ever. The costumer service is garbage. I made an order at 10Pm and did not get anything. I called the guy who was supposed to deliver and he hung up the phone on me. I called the store and talk to an assicate samething very rude guy. They lued to me They said they would send a new pizza but nothing. Never buying pizza in there again.

Wound up with an undercooked pizza. When brought to their attention they cooked up a new one quickly and well. Can't be perfect all the time.

This Domino's makes good pizza first of all. Second of all you can order online, and for someone who hates phone calls this is key. They are open late, but unlike some places the late night pizza is just as good as the mid-afternoon pizza. They deliver to me in about 45 minutes to an hour everytime. Edit: Always order online. The delivery guys are always very nice.

The manager is completely INcompetent and has no respect for CUSTOMERS. If you ask for anything special he will tell you it is not possible. Literally any other Domino's is better than this one. I was able to go to the one 1km away and they were able to serve me my pizza the way I wanted (with bbq sauce on top lol) STAY FAR AWAY. Manager is a power tripping a-hole. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst fast food chain I have ever been a served at and will never go back.

Terrible customer service. Called once for delivery, the guy told me to call another store because his location was too far from my house. I then called the other location and was told to call the first location because he was the one who is supposed to deliver to me. I then called them and argued with the other guy for 10 minutes. He then realized he made a mistake and he can deliver to my address and didn't even bother to ask if I had a house or an apartment. He then told me he could give me a discount and made me wait even longer and remember a code. Then told me he couldn't actually give me a discount. This pizza better be good. Double pizza has way better customer service. This guy barely spoke English and was a complete idiot.
