Very disappointing experience.nnToday I went to McDonald’s hoping to enjoy a burger, but unfortunately, the whole experience was frustrating and unpleasant.nnWe used the self-ordering machine and went through the entire process. At the very end, when we were ready to pay, the screen suddenly went back to the start menu. Our time was completely wasted, so we had to go to the cashier and wait in line again. After placing the order, we then had to wait a very long time for our food.nnWhat concerned me even more was the food-handling and cleanliness. One customer noticed the manager touching a burger with her bare hands. Honestly, that was very disturbing to see. Good luck to whoever ended up eating that burger. Proper food-handling and hygiene should always be taken seriously.nnThe dining area was also very dirty. The floors and tables were messy, and there didn't seem to be anyone assigned to clean the tables after customers left. The area where customers get their drinks was especially disgusting and disorganized, with everything looking messy.nnOverall, this was not the experience I expect from McDonald’s. The ordering system, long wait, food-handling practices, and lack of cleanliness all need serious attention. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the hygiene and service at this location.

I buy a large Putin size here once a week. Today, the portion is only half, and the sauce is too small. It's almost like French fries. There's no sauce. Can't it always be similar food? What I ordered is always the same food... but the food that comes out is so different.

Food delivered was well packaged. My whole order was complete.nQuarter pounder patties were lacking some salt flavour.nApple pie was burnt.nOverall meal was edible but not very enjoyable.

All franchises are different. It depends on the owner and the staff. Is the owner present? Does your staff have e the experience in running a restaurant? Or do you hire kids to run your business?nWe went for an ice cream. Good thing. Because food took way too long. Five people were working but only 2 were actually working.nWow!nThe place was dirty, where patrons, who did not remove their waste, remained on the table the entire 30 minutes O sat outside.nGross....Bugs...nWill I go back? Nope.

There are a few problems with this location. 1. As other reviewers have written here, the staff often make mistakes. I ordered a McDouble and it came with 1 piece of meat. So, I had to return it. Another time, the newbie cashier took a coupon from me, but did not apply it to give me a discount. 2. The dining room is almost always a mess with overflowing trash cans, dirty tables and a fountain drink area with soda splashed on the counter. 3. The 2nd floor dining room has always been closed every time I go there even when the 1st floor is filled to capacity with customers.nnI really want to like this place so I can give myself some reasons to come back. The French fries always seem to be fresh at least. I hope the owner of this location reads these reviews and tries to improve this store.
