Domino's Pizza

By far this is the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. I placed my order, 2 large pizzas, by phone for pick up and was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived there 20 minutes later and their screen says my order was ready, but in fact it was NOT! I was told it is still in the oven and will be ready in 5 more minutes. I patiently waited for 10 minutes and then the guy comes to me with one pizza. I said I ordered 2 not 1, and if the order is not ready I would have to leave. So I left without the order after more than half an hour of placing the order. They did not finish my order within their time limit, and did not offer my anything to compensate for my time. The place was full of staff who looked very disorganized and don't know what they are doing. I give them one star just for picking up the phone and taking my order. I will never go there again. Dominos, PLEASE hire competent people.

A decent place to take advantage of quick tasty pizza. The pizza is usually ready quickly. They've done a great job with the (fairly) new renovation too as it is much more inviting and colourful than the traditional hole-in-the wall layouts from the early 2000s. However, the staff members often forget the dipping sauces even though there is a sticker on the box with the details. Can't blame them as it can be a bit chaotic in there! So firstly I called to ask about a coupon that I was unsure if it was still active. I was told that it is active, but I had to order online. I proceeded to try ordering online but I was told "An error had occurred" and was instructed to call the store. With their advice I signed in and out and tried a few more times. After (three phone calls) I was told that the coupon actually isn't good anymore. I then placed a delivery order that I was told would take 35-45 mins, and now has still not arrived after 1 hour 30 mins. Update! Apparently the guy tried to call me, but I never received a call! The manager made fresh pizza's and I got them on the house! In my opinion, its not about the mistake, but how its handled. Thanks Dominos.

Slow on Monday. It took them 35 minutes to make a pizza for carryout. The confirmation email said 18-23. I get to the store 20 minutes after my order, one of the counter staff said it would be 2-3 more minutes. It ended up being an additional 15 minutes. It would be nice to have an accurate time frame for when the pizza will be ready. My brother ordered a delivery pizza from the same restaurant 10 minutes after I placed my pickup order and he got his first. It appears they prioritize delivery pizzas. So, i get my pizza, I pay, and then leave. I'm halfway home before I realize the counter staff forgot my dipping sauce. Doesn't surprise me since the counter staff weren't too friendly and playing with their phones most of the time I was waiting. At least the pizza was good.
