Domino's Pizza

We order from this location most weeks.. every week the pizza arrives fast and hot and right. Being honest, I should have written a review weeks ago but today, my order was a little less than perfect and so I called to say "The pizza isn't how it usually is and I would like another", the staff were friendly and warm about it and more than apologetic. Let me just say they went more than the extra mile to put it right and we are really thankful. Our overall experience with this location is outstanding and as usual we will be keeping our regular order as we are incredibly happy customers :) Thank you everyone, you are appreciated.

Terrible. Two nights in a row. One night the wonderful employes were too lazy to take my order, the second night i called ahead to place an order for takeout, upon arriving to the store once the employees stopped playing around in the kitchen for long enough to talk to a customer they told me they blatently forgot to make my order and had forgotten i called. Recieved an undercooked pizza after waiting an additional 30 minutes. Will never return.

New Review: Just had a very upsetting experience with this Domino's; Ordered my usual 2 pizzas for my husband and I. They arrived quickly, and to our disappointment they were both well underdone, with one not even being sliced! We called the store right away, and they sent out 2 replacement pizzas. The replacements arrived in approx. 12 - 15 minutes from the time of the call!! Way too fast considering the amount of time to put them together, cook them properly and drive them to my home. I certainly appreciated the concern to get us the replacement pizzas right away, but sending out 2 more pizzas in half the time it took for us to get the originally under cooked ones can only end in one possible result: We received ANOTHER 2 under cooked pizzas. I called the store again, frustrated with the same issue being repeated and wanting to tell them that they needed to either slow down a bit or turn up the ovens. The manager wouldn't have any of it, invalidated my complaints and definitely did NOT put the customer first. She argued with me, saying that she had checked it herself and it was done when it left the store. So... Did it un-cook on the way here??? When we received them the raw dough was visible along the sides of each and every slice. We tried to tell her we had never received under done pizzas from here before, but she only continued to argue that we were in the wrong. I will NOT be ordering from here any time soon, if ever again. There are too many competitors in this city for this kind of behavior to be considered acceptable and be tolerated with a final piss-poor solution of a free brownie on our next order. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Previous 5 Star Review: This is my number one Pizza joint to order delivery from. They've never gotten my order wrong or forgotten anything! I have ordered at least 40+ times from here over the last year. It always arrives at my house faster than I expect and is hot, fresh and doesn't look like it was sliding around someones car - there was care in my meal from start to finish! I've had several different delivery people,too, and they've all been lovely folks!

I'm from America, and this was a great experience. Delivery was fast. Guy was nice. And yes, I did order from Domino's while on vacation. Lol

Really good pizza always fast and fresh dough really good just wish they add more topping looks like they portion them .. pepperoni should be all over pizza not couple slices on them
