Domino's Pizza

If zero stars was an option this would be the rating this store got. We ordered pizza for delivery and two hours later no pizza. During those two hours we called the store twice And we were told first that the pizza was almost on the way, then that the pizza was with a driver. The third and final time we called (to cancel) we were told our pizza was a carry out, which was completely incorrect as we were charged a delivery fee. We spoke to the manager and they didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or try and explain what was happening. Just said that they would refund the card. Really terrible experience. This store should close.

I called around 1:30 am. Late night, I know. But it took an hour and a half for our pizza to arrive. This was a Thursday night. I called back several times and got the same answer 'be there in about 15 minutes.' When it Arrived, I was the only one awake still because I had already paid, so I waited. Dominos, this is a big city. You should be better than this. I'm so disappointed. We wanted a lovely evening in our hotel. Instead, we got stress, and a cold Goddamn pizza after 90 minutes with all my friends already asleep. If there were negative stars, I would give them.

The worst experience for me today at 2.30 am in the morning. When I ordered online i got a pizza medium 3 toping for 17.99 and small for 12.99 but when i visit the store large 5 topping pizza was just for 9.99$. The staff was so irresponsible to answer my question. When i asked for crushed pepper he asked me for 1$ but after searching for 5 min he returned my money saying we don’t have stock.

In my order review I stated that the online coupon did not work and it took to the delivery guy 12 minutes to (presumably drive) a distance that would’ve taken 3 minutes to walk according to Google. I ordered my pizza at 10ish, the guy “left the store” at 10:19 according to my order tracker, I received the order at 10:32, and received a call at 12AM what I assumed was regarding the 4-star review I left them. Well, now it’s 1-star. DON’T CALL PEOPLE AT 12AM!

So I ordered a pizza and some boneless wings, waited for excessively long time watching the tracker provided by Domino's, now standing outside of my building an hour after it said the order was completed I Got a notification saying the order has been delivered. However, I was standing outside and there was no pizza or boneless wings in my hands, this would be considered a huge fail on the part of a pizza delivery company. Also every time I click on the number for the local store I ordered from, I could hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up every single time after 4 tries of calling. Excellent work Domino's thank you I will make sure that I don't order from you ever again and will encourage my friends to do the same.
