I went with my friends during Super Bowl weekend. We asked the hosts how long the wait times were, one said 25 minutes and the other said 40 minutes at the same time so definitely some confusion there. We decided to wait at the bar for our table. During the first 20 minutes we saw 3 tables open and decided to ask a waiter passing by to check if we could use one of them seeing that they were not occupied. He told us they were reserved without even checking. We waited another 10 minutes and asked a busboy passing by if he could check for us again. He directed us towards the manager and 3 minutes later after talking with her she was able to get us one of the tables that had been open for more than 30 minutes. After getting our table our service definitely tuned around, the food and drinks were great, our server was friendly, and we had a great time. There definitely has to be a better system between reservations and customers who are already there waiting.

First time and can't wait to go back. Beautiful place with calm and enjoyable atmosphere. Warm towels to wipe your hands before you eat. Very friendly staff. I got the godzlia sushi roll and it was very good. Will be visiting next time I'm in the area.

We had excellent service, and the food was amazing. Steak medallions were superb, and the surf & turf sushi was one of the top 5 foods I've ever put in my mouth. No joke.

The "Rooftop Experience" during the Super Bowl was a disappointment. Marketing for the event claimed it was going to be an "upscale event" with a "simulated ice fishing experience". The "upscale event" took place on a dirty, slippery rooftop with a bar nested in what could only be described as a broom closet (or a very small coat closet, to be fair). The "simulated ice fishing experience" consisted of tents with no heat and folding chairs. Upon entering, each tent had a circle drawn on the floor where you could "simulate" (apparently this was a form of ice fishing I hadn't heard about before; one where the fish takes your money and tell you to screw off...wait, maybe that is fishing). 

I truly expected more from an event charging $80 for a cider and vodka tonic that tasted like tequila and bath water. But at the end of the day, I'm the idiot that paid to be up there. 

When the Super Bowl comes around again, try spending more money on the actual event rather than just the marketing guy.

Very upscale restaurant with very reasonable prices -- for lunch, anyway. It is beautifully appointed. I was prepared to be paying high end prices and was pleasantly surprised. My server was very nice but he was oddly too "familiar," making jokes with our group that were odd. The value of the meal and overall experience, though, would encourage me to return.
