Second time this week ordering through delivery Abdallah was my delivery person today. Food came hot & crispy. The wait time originally said 38-40 min. But it got to my house in under 20. Very satisfied with the food presentation for both pies.
I am so done with this Domino's. We have ordered three times online only to get the wrong food. My husband really wanted one of their pizzas a few weeks ago, so I went to the location, ordered and waited for it. Perfect. So again he wanted a domino's pizza last night. Went again in person to order and wait for the pizza. Some foreign red headed kid looked to be about 15 could barely take my order. I got my order in a timely fashion. However when I got home I found a meatball and pineapple pizza instead of sausage/pepperoni pizza. I have pineapple on pizza. I don't know who ended up with my pizza but I hope they are as annoyed as I was. If I could give this zero stars I would.
I order from here with the app. This will be the last time I order from this location. They literally messed up my order the last 4x in a row! The most basic of pizzas. How do you mess op a simple cheese pie!? I I recommend ordering from a different location. I can empathize and I identify with being under paid and unappreciated, but I'm spending my money here. After 4x in a row, I gotta say something.
Quick service, but when I checked my receipt against the items, a 2 liter bottle of soda had been missed in carryout to my car. That was quickly remedied.
Normally they have 2liter sodas but if i order n pay for a 2liter soda don’t show up with two 20oz sodas i didn’t pay for 40oz i paid for a 2liter its not my fault ur out of the soda call me b4 leaving ur store i could change flavors of what u have in stock or just cancel the soda off my order next ‍
Domino's is the worst pizza place ever the only place you can order a meat lovers with mushrooms and extra cheese and only get a cheese pizza with mushrooms it doesn't matter what state you are in the results are the same a cheese pizza with mushrooms instead of a meat lovers with mushrooms and extra cheese so so stupid definitely from here on out I will order pizza from any place but domino's
I work as a teacher I ordered from them and they specifically ask for a certain stuff because it’s just for the kids wrong orders over 40 minutes delivery time and when I called the customer service to tell them what the issue is whoever answered me has a bad attitude And he end up hanging the phone up on me I am really so done with this place
I like their Pizza. I often order 2 assorted items for $5.99 each. If you order on app. Or pay ahead , and let them know you want contactless delivery to car, they will bring it out to your car. Check your order. You can also pick up inside or have delivered. They should not have new employees take orders, especially if they do not speak/ understand English well. This helps assure less errors on order, not a criticism. No dining inside.
Had an experience with the "Manager" on duty this evening at the Teall location regarding a sub standard product delivered to my house. The wife called and was ridiculed, argued with, and eventually hung up on. After I called back the Manager changed his tone and apologized, but not until It was made clear that I wasn't looking for a hand out and his conduct would be forwarded to corporate. This is the last order we will place, and I would discourage anyone from doing business at this establishment. The Customer is not right here, nor are they a priority. There are too many options locally, explore them and take your business elsewhere. The attached photo is a 7 dollar Chicken dish that was 85% hard cheese and the rest Chicken....bits, maybe. While no real dish ever looks anything like the menu item - this was next level. Disregard the fact that it looks like vomit, there was next to no meat actually there. The wife Texted a photo of this to the "Manager" at his request, but he was unable to rectify the situation, either through an inability or incompetence. It was difficult to tell.
Ordered online food said it was in "quality check" for 40 min before i called to ask them about it and when i called i waited on hold for around 8min and then just got hung up on, so i called back waited on hold again the 2nd time for around 6min min and got hung up on again, never got the food i ordered. Dont order from here they dont care about anything at all. Oh also i ordered the food at 2:16pm and there website said its not busy at all
