Dollarama

I brought few light stuffs from the store which didn’t fit so I went back to exchange it with something else. The staffs said they can’t do the refund but they can exchange it with something else. Grabbed few stuffs, went to the cashier and they called their manager blond young lady kept on pointing at the receipt saying they can’t refund or exchange. Well if that’s the case your staffs should have let us know before hand. The manager is so rude you guys need to provide her training instead of how to take customer care properly.

It's called a 'Dolloar store' while everything is over a dollar...

I felt followed and stalked by the security at this store. I am not comfortable coming there to spend my hard earned money anymore. :

Wouldn’t let us in just before 7 pm to get few things. There were still people at the store shopping…Very poor and inconsiderate customer service. Not going back there again.

Very unmannered staff especially a white lady on the cash. She’s the worse cashier I’ve met in the store so I went to Dollarama last Sunday on 3rd of September and this white lady was on the cash she was so bad shouting on every customer hurry up I’ve to go home okay miss we understood you want to go home but you don’t need to behave like this. She was very rude if a manger is reading please take an action this is the worse customer service hands down. You can’t shout on your customers ever. Be polite and kind. It’s because of customers stores like this are running and then when ppl are on the cash counter and giving stuff from the basket don’t be like hurry up hurry up ppl are old. Stop this harassment if you want to go home then stay at home miss than bullying ppl you’re getting paid for every minute you work so don’t shout ever
