Dollarama

The entrance to the location and parking lot is horrible! Just filthy. Inside the store is very clean. Store manager is doing her best to try to get it cleaned up. This is our Scarborough??? Attracts bees and rodents. This is a health hazard

Cashier was extremely rude. Old blonde lady at 5:16pm on april 17th. All the other cashiers were nice except her. She really needs to learn some respect for others especially when no one did or said anything wrong to deserve such treatment l. I will not be returning to this location because of her.

I was at the store around 8/9 in the evening. I did some small shopping for the house. When I got to the car, I realized that the cashier charged me twice for the same product. It happens . The cashier Lady apologized. That's fine.nnThe manager came and asked if I wanted to take something else for that price. Of course, my answer was no. She was unhappy and didn’t even apologize, just gave me the money back with dissatisfaction. nnI didn’t like her unprofessional behavior, and I think someone should talk to her. The store itself is well-stocked.nnHowever, I won’t come here again because of the inappropriate behavior. I felt like I was being blamed for the employee’s mistake.

I don't think the Dollarama team gives a look at the reviews. So many 1 stars and the store is still running with the rude cashier.nnI had a Very bad experience at the checkout. I bought some glass dishes. The old blonde lady didn't even wrap the items with paper. And when i asked for it, she gave a big sigh and kind of slammed the papers on the counter and left for me to do it by myself! Wow! Not to mention, she checked me out without even asking if i need a bag! I had to risk my life to ask again

This place has lost its self-checkouts and ramped up security we can only guess why so now it's a painful wait for slow customers counting their nickels and dimes at the only cashier available! Also, a lot of the stuff in Dollaramas would also be put into vending machines in Japan or in a previous version of Canada but we can't have nice things
