Dollarama

I was in the Dollarama yesterday evening with my family. While we were at the Cashier, a homeless drunk lady was misbehaving and abusing the staff. There was no security or manager at the store. While going out the lady threw the items in her bag at the staff. While the staff dodged away, a sharp cutting blade hit my wife. My wife got wounded and left on her own by the store staff. They didn't have a basic first aid kit! The staff called someone who they said is the manager over the phone but no one responded. Till now the store has not even called to follow up on my condition. I have filed a case against the lady and the store management.nPlease avoid going there

I have never been the type that leaves reviews on anything, but I can't believe what I had to go through at this store.I was accused of being a theif and having stolen merchandise in my bag from metro when I offered to have my stuff searched in front of my child and the other customers the lady was absolutely humiliated and found nothing but vegetables and food from the metro.nThese ignorant people are very lucky that they don't have a lawyer contacting them. I think that store is the worst and I will let everyone know what they put me and my daughter through that lady should be fired before she accuses the wrong person.nHORRIBLE STORE

Not the biggest one I have seen, but it is a nice place the works help you and is a family friendly environment. By the way there is guy sitting near the store, I don't wanna be mean, but that guy always have some coins in his plate, and in the next moment, it is full of cigarettes. I suggest you Don't give him money, food should be fine if you do give him.

Worst and rude staff. Especially the lady with hijab, should know how to treat customers
