Today we chose the Dogpatch for our brunch. A place I've wanted to go to for months and so worth it! We had mimosa fleets, the Benny and Gravalax bagel. Very busy.. food was incredible, the service was superb. I highly recommend!
Loved the Dogpatch! I thought there would be a wait but they got us on the patio right away. Mimosa flights!! Such a good idea! The food was delicious and there are definitely a few more dishes I want to try. Our server was so friendly, very communicative, and got everything perfect. Definitely adding to the regular brunch rotation! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options!
Absolutely a gem of a place! warm friendly atmosphere, stylish decor and excellent patio! delicious sandwiches the mimosas are really good!! like super tasty! definitely coming back. bring the dogs, the patio is beautiful. I absolutely recommend the Madame Lisette, pork belly sandwich. So savory and delicious! Also the halloumi poutine is delicious. Thank you so much! My server Rachel and Daniel the kind bartender are absolutely fantastic!! Can't recommend this place enough
The Roast beef sandwich was really good and visually appealing I was totally happy with my order, bread pudding for dessert which wasnt bad it was good im a sweater tooth bread pudding person but like i always say don't complain about a good thing everything can be better . Cosmetically this places menu items are very nice, try dining hear just for that reason I love to feel like I'm eating art. Outside dining in a peaceful neighborhood, its located down town I didn't hear any sirens during the meal not once which was so nice really. the surrounding nighberhood has great houses with very tasteful architecture choices great community to walk a dog visit near by trails or jus5 have a peacful stroll after dinner through a well kept community great lawns gardens and roads its like a little oasis in the middle.if downtown very good location nice for friends getting together over good drinks and good food. Patio , awesome vegetarian dishes as well I was very happy and service was really good as well.
LOOOOVE this lesser known haunt in Riverdale for brunch on weekends. I almost hate to let the cat out of the bag because it's been such a nice surprise for me to introduce people to this dining establishment. The space is gorgeous and well lit. The vibe is hip and easy going. There are tables outside in the summer. And the food is amazing! Their brunch offerings are superb with a very simple, but very modern, menu. You can pair brunch here with a wonderful walk in this quaint neighborhood. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
My wife, our 2 friends, and me absolutely loved the food and service at The Dog Patch! We were there for brunch on Sunday, and if you go, you may be on a wait list. We were on that list, but only had to wait 20 mins before we were seated. I can't remember the name of our server, but she was attentive, super friendly, not overly chatty, and took our orders down perfectly! I ordered the Patch Benny with halloumi cheese and bacon. My wife ordered the French Onion bread-bowl, and we absolutely downed our food. Our friends also enjoyed their food. They ordered the Avocado+Edamame and the Patch Benny by itself. You know the food is good when you're not talking for the first 5 mins of getting your food, that's what happened with us. I swear I was in a hipster spot that had a really chill vibe. I'd recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family!
Super cute spot. We went on a Sunday and it was packed!! I get the 2 Aussie with my halloumi cheese not fried and my bacon extra crispy and it came out beautiful!! Would come back for sure :
Super cute place attached to a bakery & the bread used for the sandwiches are from their bakery. I felt like the portions were a bit small but overall it was good. Good vibes and good food. I will have to come back to try their bakery!
10/10 would recommend and would go again! It took a while to get a seat and a while for service but we did go on a sunny Sunday morning. The mimosa flights are delish, and the bennies come on a very tasty buttermilk biscuit. Do yourself a favor and check this spot out! Dog friendly as well!
Great place to hang out, chill, and enjoy great food and drinks. I really enjoyed this French Onion Soup with caramelized onions, thyme and sherry in a beef and chicken broth with baked Gruyère cheese. I didn’t expect it to be served in a sourdough bread bowl made fresh next door at Bread and Butter bakery. That really put it over the top!!
