Our initial contact was good. The loan officer was helpful and informative. After we signed the commitment, everything went down hill. Suggested improvements for the company: communication both employee to customer and employee to employee, promptness in response, customer service and problem resolution. I cannot wait to refinance with another company!

Greedy scam artists. We tried for months to get onto a bi-weekly payment plan, and they lost our paperwork half a dozen times. They're not incentivized to help you - they make money by losing your paperwork since you pay less money. Same issue when I needed to pay for a roof - they would not sign off on the insurance payment until they got an inspection, and they lost the paperwork on this multiple times - including a check we needed to get re-issued and the adjustor estimate that they couldn't find for weeks. If I had more energy left after dealing with them, I'd start a case with the BBB.

If you think having a loan with this company is bad, try working for them! An utter nightmare! I have never been this unhappy in my life, and the day I walked was like winning the lottery!

They have a customer service phone that they don't answer. Good luck talking to someone.

Worst loan company ever. Tried for closing on a house 30 days after taking over the loan and before payment was even 30days late. Broke into house and changed the locks. Then charged us for the locks. Run away. Far away
