12/17 I called in and was on hold for 49 minutes!!😠 only to be told that they had in fact had everything I needed , but it has not been processed yet. Said I needed to also have a phone interview, but when they transferred my call to my worker, It went straight to voicemail. Before they transferred my call they told me she was in today...I left a voicemail, and still no call back. I'll be damned if I waste away another 49 with them... 4/23/18 so after my review I have been having the hardest time with these people. I was told I never turned in applications. I may be late but I always turn them in. Besides they have grace periods. I'm a mother of four, and have a full time job. Paperwork may show up late sometimes...also no one ever picks up there phone when you call. Always leave a voicemail, or leave me on hold for very long periods of time. I am beyond angry.

My husband went there and had a terrible experience. The woman at the front desk (Description: African American, hefty, fat upper lip) refused to help ANYONE. I can't even find a number to call to speak with an actual person so here I am. She numerously insulted my husband's intelligence. Then when he was waiting in line, another woman came in asking where she could find certain paperwork and the front desk woman IGNORED her, so another man tried helping her. Suddenly the front desk woman magically learned how to hear/talk again and yelled at him for helping her, saying he didn't know which papers would be correct. Yet she didn't even try helping in the first place?? Absolutely horrible. How they can call themselves "Human Services" is beyond me. I'd give no stars if I could.

Some of the worst case workers I have ever worked with. Attitude problems , they don't care , and they don't do Thier jobs . It is horrible.

Heather Clemen is the BEST worker I have ever had!! She works hard to get her stuff done, she returns your phone calls, emails, and messages. Its guaranteed, if you do your part as a client, she will follow through in a timely matter. She is pretty awesome!!
