Great customer service. Very accommodating. Was able to extend reservation several times without a problem and was given a much nicer car than I reserved. The gentleman running the place was very friendly. Highly recommend

Mediocre customer service. The location had over booked car reservations, forced to rent a car that I was uncomfortable driving due to large size. Had to wait 45 minutes for that car to even be returned. Will definitely not rent here again.

I have only rented from this location once so far, but it was a positive experience. The car was late being delivered, but we where running late anyway.
The car was very nice, clean and as an added bonus still has a valid SXM subscription.
The only thing I can fault with Avis is in summer (or their peek time of year), rental prices go through the roof and then some because of demand, and it is because of this demand you will have a very difficult time finding an available rental. Unless you want to travel to the airport and pay a premium on top of the already sky high prices.
