horrible experience ever., I have rented a few trucks and cars from discount in my life, always had a nice experiernce, but now they seem ti have a few problems this saint eustache indutriel discount. they came and picked us up to getour rental that ford requested while they were fixing our car and they never walked us around the car the showed it on a pad. never showed details underneath the car. when we came back to bring them back the car, the road was all torn up cause they were redoing the road and they checked the car like hawks , funny cause when they gave it to us bno one really cared about it , just a pad, but when we came back they came out with there tablets and started searching under the car, well they found a few little scrtches like the size of hairs under the car by the tire , same color scratches as the dirt gravol road that we had to cross to bring them back there car and they are saying it is our fault. sorry but that is not our fault, u can blame the pot holes or the gavol on the road with hills of dirt. they must have came out with a new scam on how to take peoples deposits for anything with there tablets. anything can be done on the computer . anyway its been a few days now and they wont tell us how much we owe thm , so funny , cause we do not owe them anything, and so we cancelled our credit card and they cant takenanything out and if anything they can take us to court to decide whos fault it is in the forst place, and if they care about littlew hair scratches underneath the car i also find it funny, cause they gave us the car with 2 ripted mudflaps, how do we know the person who ripted the mud flaps didnt do it , also after we complained and they looked at the car i went in the office and they even told me , we are looking to see if it happened somewhere else... so if they dont even know where it happened why do they take it out on us to fix there car. i say there taking advantage of us and especially my husbnad who is almost 60 and has a head injury. discount use to be good but like every other compnay these days very money hungry even ifit means to loose a few customers. why do you think they started this pad bs for ? obviously they must have say down together and said to eachother how can we gvet more money out of this oh lets use pads and not show them the car when they come and get it and anything we find under a car we should grab there money. we are very honest people qwe alwasy pay everything but we are really getting tired of being ripted off by stupid companies who pick and choose the person they are going to screw. I may sound crazy but in relaity how many people are getting ripted off these days ?? so many and then threy figure oh that guy doesnt go online lets mess with him , he cant write us a bad review. Discount on indutriel in saint eustache is n0ot reccommended by me or my husband and they are liars and have big mouths and big problems. good luck in youre future , i hope youre company drowns !!

Très insatisfait, le personnel d'accueil n'est pas souriant, peu scrupuleux et sans rigueur. N'acceptez pas les photos qu'ils vous montrent et qui soi disant décrivent tous les dommages du véhicule. J'ai vécu la pire expérience de location de ma vie car les photos ne sont pas représentatives de l'état de leur véhicule et ils essaient de me faire payer pour un dommage qui datait de l'ancien locataire.

Je fais une réservation 4 jours d'avance. 2 heures avant l'heure convenu pour la récupération du véhicule je reçois un appel pour m'aviser que je n'aurai pas de véhicule et que je suis sur une liste d'attente et qu'il y a 9 autres clients avant moi. Le commis est désolé, mais ne peut rien faire pour moi. Bref, on se fou du client. Heureusement que vos compétiteurs sont plus allumés, sinon j'étais dans le pétrin : j'ai réussi à me trouver un véhicule à moins de 2 heures de pré-avis ailleurs. Je ne pense pas retourner chez vous...
