As a master plumber, my team of plumbers and myself are focused on being fast and friendly with fair pricing. As a Rinnai Independent Dealer we are trained in the most up to practices in installing high-efficiency boilers and furnaces. Oil to gas furnace conversions are also our expertise.

The Plumber Company serves all clients throughout RI and we do repairs like running toilets, leaking faucets, clearing clogged drains and all Air Conditioning and Heating installation and repair issues. Other towns we work in are Cranston, Providence, Warwick and Johnston.

Never got back in touch.  Boiler still dirty.

Disappointing experience.  The company answered my call and set up the appointment quickly and James arrived ontime which was good. But he didn't seem  to have much experience.  He couldn't get the new garbage disposal working.  He told us the electrical wiring was wrong.  My electrician came over and pressed a reset button and it worked  perfectly.  How can he not know that there is a reset button? Ridiculous! Also, he had me go to Home Depot to buy 20" braided connectors which I didn't need.  A waste of my time.  Now I have to go back and return them.  In the end he charged me more than he quoted!  I won't use this company again!

Absolutely terrible service. I was charged a lot of money to install a tankless heater, which was not installed correctly and keeps on shutting off. In addition, their emergency service number does not work, even though it's advertised on their website. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

This company is horrible.  They charged us for work that was not done. They charged us for 25 feet of piping that was not used.  When we called them on it they issued us a slight refund after several weeks (which was good) but then several weeks after that we found out they also didn't clean our boiler like they were suppose to do. Another plumber confirmed this for us. It was filthy.  Cleaning the boiler was on the original work order and we were charged $300 for that. They refuse to return calls back to us when we requested a refund.  I don't recommend this company at all.

I had a clogged drain in the bathroom in my apartment in Providence. Yuck! They came out the same day fixed it for the price he quoted me on the phone. I think I talked to the owner on the phone and one of his workers came to do the work. The most important thing to me was that they were fast. I called a  plumber I have used in the past but he would have been at least a day. Pricing was better than my usual plumber. If I have another job I will probably call these guys first. From my experience I would recommend them.
