Whatever you do avoid getting an auto loan from them. Worst nightmare of any bank I have dealt with. They have this scheme that they use to charge you (in my case over $1000) for their own auto insurance plan. They claim you don't  have sufficient insurance. Took us two visits to our insurance company to prove to dcu that we had sufficient insurance. Real time consuming  headache. Go to Shrewsbury Fed or central one. I never  had a problem with them. Very sorry I  usef DCU. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

I'm beyond satisfied with not only the customer service but the excellent offers Dcu provided me. Everyone is helpful and very nice, I enjoy doing business with them and highly recommend any (18-24) year-olds to try Dcu as their first pick when choosing to establish their personal finances. 

The coffee on the corner is a plus :D
