Closing at 3pm every day, seriously!? Lloyds has normal hours... Also the last time I used this Norwich City branch to bank cash/cheque it took longer than an hour to get to the cashier, when I go into the office to use the Canary Wharf branch it is a very easy, painless experience.
Absolutely useless bank! On the phone for 3 hours because Santander denied a payment I was attempting to make but did not attempt to contact and request any authorisation in any way!
I went into the branch to do a Chaps transfer and amend some details to my account. I was served by Teresa Swan who could not be more helpful. She took her time and went over an above to help us. It was really appreciated and I would like to say thank you to her for the fantastic customer service she provided to us.
Could not have asked for better service this morning. The staff in general and Clare in particular went the extra mile and then some! Thank you Santander Norwich
Probably one of the nicest, most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a bank ever. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me sort out what I needed to do without any hassle. Truly a great branch
Very rude staff, i had to close my card for some reason and when I did it over the phone, I asked them to sent my card to the brunch instead of my address because we were on holiday, also the guy on the phone didn’t tell me to take an ID when I go and pick up the card. Anyway I went there to pick up my card, there was a very rude old woman who was aggressive and angry out of the blue! She was keep asking me same questions and she seemed so bothered by my last name as it’s a non English one! Disgusting we still see things like this. She was very rude, I knew all my details about my account and she was acting I’m a thief, also she looked so bothered by my existence, she went to bring the card but she was hanging around and acting like the card is not there! Disgusting she was and pathetic!
Closed down branches local to me, can’t visit during opening hours as have to work…
Almost impossible to get nformation needed or to speak to someone that knows how to help. Just passed from one number to another only to end back where i started 30 minutes before. Pathetic service sometimes need a translator to understand what thet are saying.Advised to use web site and app ---waste of time .
Santander as a bank is brilliant. I have had really positive customer service on phone and mobile app.
Wouldnt bank with anyone else. Staff are fantastic, and Michelle has just given my partner and I excellent mortgage advice in terms I could understand as a first time buyer. Couldnt recommend highly enough.
