Bank of America Financial Center

It is a large branch and it's the middle of the working week they only have 2 tellers and 2 bankers. There are 8 people waiting patiently to be seen; myself and 3 others have been waiting for over an hour. One of the bankers got up and left without saying sorry or excuseing herself to lunch, leaving only 1 banker. The only positive thing was that when we did finally see a banker, Josh was fantastic. I'd give Josh 5 stars as a banker. This place is just understaffed.

The best. Even better than the one on grafton st .. After they refuse to help me, this bank took their time and helped me as I am deaf and needed more time to explain.. They made sure I was taken care of!! Thank you Lucy!!!

The only things I like about it is that I can do most of my banking on my phone and the atm machine e.i. deposit checks and money. But I don't like the high monthly maintenance fees on the check account and low interest return on savings account. Also, the monthly deals program where you choose your deals and get a percentage back for using your card is bogus because it's places that I have no interest in using (example home improvement stores; I'm a college student, who renta with roommates); or edible flower arrangements or coffee shops that are nowhere near me! If there was a bank near me that I knew offered atm check deposit and money deposit with immediate fund access, and lower monthly maintenance fees I would switch immediately; at bank of america customer service at the actual facility is always time consuming and I have in more than one occasion experienced seeing fees that should have not been charged to me. And once, my account atm card had been suspended because they believed it had " been compromised" and I had no access to any of my funds as it was a weekend and branch facilities were closed For me to be able to resolve my issue .
