First time ever at this venue. We were 20 feet from the band the whole night. Lots of room for everyone on the floor. If you want a seat, you can go to the balcony. If you want a decent beer, you can have the blonde and the IPA from Brasseur de Montreal, which are sufficient for a concert.
Nice building with an interesting history but it needs a little love! Elevators feel like they are going get stuck one day. Toilets are in pretty bad shape on my floor. You need to invest some $$$ for renovations!
This building is beautiful. Like walking into New York in the 1920's. Even the smell is perfect. Great Gym in the basement.
I go to the gym here, security is always very friendly and UNI training is a great gym for personal training and self training if you’re looking for privacy and great gear
1931 Art Deco limestone building is 96 m exceed the then maximum height of 61m. It was Montreal’s first skyscraper and is a remnant of Montreal’s former status as the centre of Canadian economy.
looks exactly like the Terminal Sales Building in Portland, Oregon but larger! Must have had the same architect.
Amazing architecture, friendly staff and good coffee shops on the ground floor. The cherry on top is the SAQ in the lobby.
It's a historical building with some lawyer's offices and a good coffee shop at the main floor.
Fun place in the evening. lot of things going on in front of the building.
Beautiful building. Great gym U.N.I training
