Dickies No Frills

Store's attention to detail is great you won't find boxes turned other way. Everything arranged properly and staff was genuine and helpful. Made me feel like I am in a hifi grocery store. That's why I come here every week from North York just to buy groceries.

There is nobody in line at self checkout I had 5 items but God forbid I had the large cart.... I mean you closed out lanes for self checkout then do this policy, I guess take note of internal sore policies before picking up your $1 cart.

Store used to be good, has gone severely downhill. Doesn’t seem to be a single person that works there with good customer service skills. Good luck getting something that’s on sale unless you go the day the flyer starts. Went there today and had another terrible experience. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location again.

Well stocked, clean with a good selection of products. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Yesterday I was in the produce area and there was so many vegetables and fruit that had gone bad . Be careful when picking one out. The tomatoes the whole bin was bad I tried to pick out the bad one's and put aside but to many .Lemons on sale in the bag thought I had picked a good one ,but no a few had gone bad. Strawberry with mould on them. Bread with mould on it as well. Check carefully. .

Been going to Dickie's NoFrills since 2008. They have a very good selection of items and the fruits and vegetables are always fresh. The store owner and manager, John Dickie is very personable and will look into ordering something new if they don't carry it.

This place is a joke. 900 ppl in line half the registers open, 440$ in grocery and instead of moving the line and help bag the grocery, the tart working the cash would rather talk bout nails and her break. Management won’t do anything, cause they look like they just stopped peeing themselves and got big girl pants. What a joke this place is. I’d rather buy garbage at basics then go through that again. Not first time Useless

Very well organized, nicely staffed, helpful staff, clean and friendly. I really enjoy shopping here for all the basics! And their organic selection is ever growing !

Terrible service. Went there on Sunday as it was the only stoere on the area that had baby formula in stock. Handed a coupon and was told that they were not accepting them, asked why and was just that they dont. When aI requested to speak to the manager was told and there was no one there and that she was in charge. Its unbelievable that some kinds under 18 are running a nofrills and have no idea what they are doing and refusing a coupon out of lazines to read it.

Best no frills in the area..Nice clean store and big... Nice Choice of ethic foods..unlike some smaller stores that run out of flyer sale items and only stock the ethic community around them
