These pastries were tasty and buttery. Everything was flakey and heavy on the almond flavour. The best part was their 1$ coffee promotion that’s currently going on that pairs perfectly with these pastries!
Was craving something sweet after a long day only to find out they place raspberry filled croissants, almond and butterhorn croissants on the same tray. That was not the only tray containing raspberries filled pastries grouped with other items. Beware if you have any allergies or sensitivities. There ought to be better education and understanding of allergens and cross contamination in the food industry. The young lady serving seemed to be oblivious why this was a concern for me as she confirmed this is the way the trays are baked and delivered. Needless to say, there was no treat to be had except a cup of tea which I am now eyeing suspiciously ‍. Do better, someone could seriously get hurt.
Ordered off uber, fast and driver was early. It taste amazing and my family loved it. Will definitely order again for the next birthday.
usually hit or miss - either too sweet, dry, flimsy, or just the strangest flavor combination. quality took a sharp nosedive within the last 2 years. make sure to get served with the younger employees - they're always great and i love chatting with them, but the older ones/management are just horrible.
I will never step foot in this store after I witnessed how the Owner of this location pushed the wallet of a disabled woman off the counter just to make her bend. More, she even laughed and said loud "Ups". The kid working there apologized. Some people left their treats on the table there and left right away. Keep going!
I really like their pastries and been going there ever since they opened up at UCM, but recently they increase the prices of their pastries including the one I really like the chocolate roulade is $4.25 now for a tiny pieces, it’s used to be $3.50 a pieces and very reasonable slices before. I bought the grete Garbo it’s $2.25/cookie and before was $1.75 Their pastries are so expensive now. Won’t go there anymore.
Delicious, buttery pastries. I had the hindbaersnitter raspberry jam between two shortbread cookies with icing and sprinkles and it was amazing. I will return to try their other goods.
Great treats and amazing selection. Unfortunately the reason for a 3 is don't go in the store at 6:50 on a Friday when they close at 7. They are in such a rush to get out. I ordered 4 pieces of cake and the girl that was serving me was tossing them in bags. When I asked her to put them in a box she gave me a puff. I then looked at her and said when you pay 4.80 for a piece of cake you don't want the top of it sticking to the bag. I didn't think I was that unreasonable but the attitude was brutal. This employee needs to learn what goes in small donut bags and what goes in a box.
Every time I enter the mall, this place is either my first or last stop. The lattes are amazing and so are their cappuccinos. I'm slowly working my way through all their pastries. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the chocolate roulade. They used to be soft fresh and just mind blowing, but lately they've been dry and just unappetizing
First time shopper, fantastic cinnamon buns and great cappuccino. Will be back!
